Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and the serial number of your KODAK device to begin the RMA process.
- 2.Pack with Care
Place the item in its original KODAK branding box including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure delivery to our inspection facility.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
